MICHIGAN STATE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (MSHDA)
Special "Save the Dream" legislation was signed into law allowing the MSHDA to refinance mortgage loans for borrowers who may be facing mortgage difficulties and who qualify for MSHDA's low-interest safe and secure loans.
